We will accept payment in American Dollars. You do not have to exchange your US Dollars to pay us.

If the U.S. Dollar's rate of exchange falls below the Canadian Dollar, we will give you a compensating price reduction of the same magnitude.

When the U.S. Dollar is worth more than the Canadian, we will give YOU the benefit of the difference. You win both ways.

If you do want to obtain some Canadian money go to a bank some distance from the border. There is a bank in most little towns along the way including right here in Chapleau where you will receive correct and fair value.

A word of caution: Avoid exchanging money at the booth in the welcome center just after you passed through Canadian Customs. Our customers tell us that they received 3 to 4 percent less than the correct rate at that place and also had to pay a transaction fee.
